Prof Dr. Luo Jie ( Wallace) is an renowned edupreneur and academician and has many achievements in the academic field; currently he is the Vice-President of leading university in Asia and has been a foreign expert in China since 2003 onwards. He is also the President of Global-Silk Road University Consortium responsible for the Internationalization and global advancement of the Silk Road universities. Prof. Dr. Luo Jie ( Wallace) is also visiting professor in many top universities around the world and has several research papers and academic articles in the field of Management on his credit. Prof. Dr. Luo Jie ( Wallace) is an expert in the field of International Project Management & Events Management and has been the Commissioner General - representing Silk Road Association countries in numerous World Expos around the world and bestowed with various accolades and awards. Prof.Dr.Luo Jie ( Wallace) is currently Director General of Silk Road Associations an International Civil Society Organization which promotes culture and education through various programmes with various silk road countries around the world under One - Belt - One - Road initiatives, and cooperate with various international organization, government institutions and chamber of Commerce of various Silk Road countries and has been instrumental in creating bridge between the Silk Road countries for promoting educational programs, business, trade investments opportunities and promotion of sustainable green and smart city concepts sharing. The prime objective of Silk Road Association is to create platform for intergovernmental communication within the Silk Road cities to enhance and revive and rejuvenate the ancient Silk Road by unveiling various civil society initiatives together.
